5 Senses Detective Story Pirates Student Event

About This Webinar

Join Seesaw and Story Pirates with your class!

In this engaging, arts-integrated workshop, students will learn fun and easy techniques for fleshing out the characters in their writing, incorporating concrete sensory details from all five senses. The particular focus on this day will be creating a detective character appropriate for a mystery story, but students will be able to carry over the techniques they learn to any style of character in any writing piece. The workshop will wrap up with a simple, digestible method for students (or teachers) to set up the scenario for a suspenseful mystery story, once again making careful use of details drawn from the five senses.
